In order to register for the DGH Symposium 2008, please complete the registration form. After filling in your information, please print out and sign the registration. You can then send it to the address or fax number given on the form. Once your registration arrived safely, you will receive a confirmation.

Before registering, please remember that the conference will be in ENGLISH. A child care service will available, in case you plan to bring your children.
