General remarks

• Length: 15-20 pages, as usual. Deviations from that are possible if there is a reason. This goes especially for the recapitulatory coverage.

• Quotations should follow international standards: author, year and page where found in brackets after actual quotation.

• Alphabetical literature reference at the end. Books with name and place of publisher, title in italics. Write out journal titles (also in italics). „Grey literature“, brochures, etc. not in italics.

• Graphics / pictures (line drawings, black/white or greyscale, with or without text) must have a minimum resolution of 600dpi (grid 10 lpi). Please consider the instructions in the template. Colour pictures increase the costs by approx. 300€ per sheet printed. After receiving all the scripts, we will have to evaluate how many illustrations in colour are affordable. Please design your colour illustrations in a way that they could potentially be used in black and white – just to make sure.
